We are seeking a Marketing Analyst for our Headquarters in Valencia, California.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating statistical reports from our Oracle database software in order to help us analyze sales and marketing trends. The successful candidate must have good communication skills, have the ability to work with minimal supervision and knowledge of the electronic component marketplace (Discrete semiconductors, Opto-electronic and Passive components). This position will report to the VP of Marketing. Prior distributor experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Analyze end-user requirements, document and develop solutions using computer technology. Study existing computer hardware and software and provide input on improvement of such hardware and software such as VB6, SQL Server. Work with our existing Information Technology staff in providing assistance in software development, creating of test plans, installation plans, and other project direction. Design and develop new systems by choosing and configuring hardware and software. Assist in moving the current systems to the best cloud technology. Trouble shoot problem-solving with propriety programs and systems. Oversee deployment, configuration and document procedures of the Warehouse Management System linked with Oracle applications.

We are seeking an experienced individual to direct our marketing department . Selected candidate will provide leadership in planning sales and marketing objectives, profit margin goals, approved sales forecasts, establish marketing plans, marketing research analysis and product trends. BS in Marketing, high energy, creative and previous experience in marketing with previous industry experience preferred. Will work closely with VP sales and CEO at Valencia headquarters.
