INC - Quarterly Report (SEC form 10-Q)
- 12:01 pm
"Net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2000 were
$8,826,000, compared with net sales for the three months ended
June 30, 1999 of $7,491,000, an increase of $1,335,000 or 17.8%.
This increase was primarily attributable to growth in our domestic
passive components sales volume by $1,144,000 or 256% when compared
to passive sales for the second quarter ended June 30, 1999. Domestic
sales increased by $1,177,000 for the current three month period
and export sales by $158,000 over the same period last year. We
believe the overall increase in net sales is a result of industry
wide increase in demand for passive and discrete semiconductors

INC - Annual Report (SEC form 10-K) - 4:35 pm
"Net sales for the year ended December 31, 1999 were $29,326,000
compared with net sales for the year ended December 31, 1998 of
$30,828,000, a decrease of $1,502,000 or 4.9%. This decrease in
net sales during 1999 was attributable principally to a decline
in the Company's domestic sales volume by approximately $2,480,000.
For most of 1999, the supply for discrete semiconductors was greater
than the demand. The overall sales decrease was mainly attributable
to a decrease in the average per unit sales price to 2.7 cents
for the current year from 3.1 cents during the same time last
year. The decrease in sales was partially offset by an increase
in export sales of approximately $980,000 or 37% as compared to
the year ended December 31, 1998. The decline in net sales was
principally a result of a continued industry wide decline in demand
for discrete semiconductors"

INC - Quarterly Report (SEC form 10-Q) - 4:08 pm
"Net sales for the three months ended September 30, 1999
were $7,750,000, compared with net sales for the three months
ended September 30, 1998 of $7,789,000, a decrease of $39,000
or .5%. This sales decrease was attributable principally to a
decrease in the average per unit sales price on domestic sales.
Additionally, the sales decrease was partially offset by an increase
in export sales by approximately $376,000 or 59% as compared to
the three months ended September 30, 1998."
